If you are leaving for a new destination in Italy (City, Airports, or major cruising departure Port) your car needs a safe shelter. MyParking gives you the best solution to this problem.

        Why should I have to book with MyParking?
Thanks to the MyParking online booking you can find the best rates for parking and a warranty for your parking space.
        How long before should I have to book?
For all MyParking's parking areas is necessary to confirm your booking process by online payment untill midnight of the day before your arrival.
        For booking should I have to pay in advance?
The booking is confirmed only after payment. In this way we can get preferential rates and service.
        Once I have paid to MyParking what I have to do?
Once you have booked and paid you will receive by email, to the address you have indicated, two different messages: one is the receipt of payment (PayPal); the other contains the MyParking voucher with all the information relative to your reservation. Bring this voucher to the Car Park you have booked, the car park is aware in real time and is alredy prepared for your arrival.
        I have lost the information about my reservation. What should I have to do?
Don't worry. Fill and send this form to ask for the details of your reservation.
        The Car Park are always open?
Almost all the Car Park have a 24 hours service. Anyway you can check timetable of Car park on each Car Park Details page.
        Should I have to leave the keys to the parking staff?
Usually you have to leave the keys to the parking staff, mainly for safety reasons and to let the parking staff to park your car in the best way to exit at your arrival.
Anyway some Car Park let you the choice to bring the key with you. In this case it is specified in the Car Park Details page.
        Where I can find the GPS coordinates of Car Park for my navigator?
On the booking page, besides the address you can find the GPS coordinates.
        If I change the car or the vehicle registration number I had indicated on the booking?
You don't need to advice in advance, but at your arrival at the Car Park. Your identification details are already present at Car Park Back Office.
        What should I have to do if I don't receive the email confirmation?
Check out if you have indicated your email address correctly during the reservation.
After booking and paid you will receive two different emails confirmation before 12 ours after booking.

        Is the Payment system safe?
Our service is provided of safe payment with Credit Card, Postepay, Paypal.
We use a third safe server system for payment service, where we cannot reach sensible information (for example your Credit Card number).
This system is safer because they have no need of human intervention.
        Car Valet?
The Car Valet service is for those Car Park next to the port pier. You will let your car to the Car Park personnel and they will park it for you at the Car Park, at your arrival they will bring you the car to the Port Pier.
        Shuttle bus service?
In case you are booking at airports Parkings, the shuttle bus service to/from Airport is always free and available.
        I have a discount code: how can I use it?
MyParking discount codes can be applied only for prepaid reservations. You have to be registered and logged in to your MyParking account. During the reservation process you will find a field where you can insert and apply the discount code.
