You can cancel your booking
through your User Profile. Log in to your account and then you can cancel your booking according to our
terms and conditions. The MyParking Staff will contact you by email about the refund of your reservation. If you do not have an account yet,
sign up.
Alternatively, if it is a
prepaid reservation, you can send us an email at assistenza@myparking.it specifying your booking code and the reason of the cancellation request. Please note that cancellation requests sent by email are managed during business hours (from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00). For this reason, we suggest you to submit your cancellation requests through your User Profile.
If, on the other hand, it is a reservation
pay at car park, you can contact the partner by phone at the numbers indicated on the MyParking booking confirmation.
