Aparca y Vuela Bajo Coste is a low-cost parking option near Madrid-Barajas Airport, ideal for travellers looking for convenience, savings and an included transfer to the terminal. Customers park their own vehicle at the car park, located at Camino Ambroz, 19, and a free shuttle minibus takes them to terminals T1 and T2. The car park is monitored and operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. |

Customers must go directly to the car park, park the vehicle, unload their luggage and hand over the keys to the reception manager. They should then wait for the minibus in the indicated area. It is recommended to be at the boarding point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled shuttle departure. 100% digital process: all you need is a mobile phone with the confirmation email and/or QR code. There is no need to print the booking; simply show it from your device. If you change vehicle, please update the licence plate on the website or app before arrival, as additional costs may apply if it does not match the original booking. When parking, customers may take photos or videos of the vehicle’s condition as additional proof. The condition of the vehicle is documented with photos of the exterior, interior, mileage and fuel level. Each image includes GPS position, date, time and QR code for extra peace of mind. The maximum permitted vehicle length is 5 metres. To access Madrid’s Low Emission Zone, vehicles must have an environmental label B, C, ECO or 0. |

Outbound parking → terminal: departures at 5:00, 5:45, 6:30, 7:15, 8:30, 9:15 and 10:00; after that, every hour on the hour until 24:00. The minibus has 8 seats and may depart earlier if full. Return terminal → parking: the estimated maximum waiting time is 20 minutes between 5:30 and 22:00, and 30 minutes between 22:00 and 24:00. Please request pickup only once you are already at the stop for your terminal, by calling 910 307 916. Terminal T4: take the shuttle to T1 or T2 and, from there, use the airport’s free shuttle bus, which connects to T4 every 5-10 minutes. The booking includes transfer for up to 4 passengers. Luggage included per person: 1 hand luggage item + 1 suitcase up to 23 kg. Additional luggage requires a handling service of €3, including loading and unloading, to be requested at the car park. Oversized items such as surfboards, golf clubs or packages exceeding 1.60 m in total dimensions cannot be transported. Modification or cancellation is free up to 24 hours before. Extending the stay costs €8/day if managed in advance through the website, or €16/day if requested at reception on the return day. A courtesy margin of up to 2 hours applies in case of flight delay. |

| Valet Parking Service: |
For an even more convenient option, customers can book the Valet Parking service, with vehicle pickup and return directly at the terminal. Simply call approximately 20 minutes before arrival so the staff can indicate the exact meeting point. A professional driver will collect the vehicle and take it to the monitored car park. On return, the car will be delivered again at the agreed terminal, allowing customers to leave the airport without unnecessary waiting. Punctuality is essential to ensure a smooth, safe and efficient service. |
