Within your reserved area, follow a few simple steps to receive a credit code of the same amount and without expiration that you can reuse whenever you want. Alternatively, if you do not want a full refund via credit code, you can ask for a cash refund minus management costs.
Cancellation can be done independently and without penalty up to 24 hours from the planned date of entry into the parking lot.
