You can either park your vehicle yourself in a monitored underground facility or choose the exclusive Car Valet service with direct vehicle drop-off and pick-up at the terminal. Your car will remain parked in a covered space inside a secured underground garage with 24-hour surveillance, CCTV and controlled access. A practical, safe and efficient solution for travelers who want to save time without compromising vehicle security. |

The entire process is fully digital: simply show your booking confirmation on your mobile device for quick and smooth access. With the standard option, you keep your car keys with you for added peace of mind. The parking area allows vehicles up to 5 meters in length and includes civil liability insurance. Free modification or cancellation is available up to 24 hours before arrival. |

| Free Shuttle Service: |
Park your vehicle and use the free shuttle service to Madrid-Barajas Airport terminals T1 and T2. Departures are scheduled at 5:45, 6:30, 7:15, 8:00, 8:45, 9:30 and hourly from 10:00 onwards. The shuttle accommodates up to 8 passengers and may depart earlier if full or if terminal pickups are required. Transfer time is approximately 7–9 minutes. If your flight departs from Terminal T4, take the free shuttle to T1. From there, the airport provides an official shuttle bus connecting T1 and T4 every 5–10 minutes. Upon your return, call the number provided in your booking confirmation and the shuttle will collect you from the terminal. Pick-up service operates between 6:00 and 24:00. The parking remains open 24/7. |

For maximum convenience, choose the Car Valet service with direct drop-off and return at the terminal. Call approximately 20 minutes before arrival and the staff will provide the exact meeting point. A professional driver will collect your vehicle and transfer it to the secured underground parking. Upon your return, your vehicle will be delivered back to the agreed terminal area. Punctuality ensures a smooth and efficient experience. |
