RETURN · Airport → Car Park When you return, collect all your luggage first and then contact Hola Parking, specifying the terminal where you are waiting. The staff will confirm the meeting point for your shuttle transfer back to the car park, where you can collect your vehicle. The return service is available 24 hours a day, making it particularly convenient in the event of late-night flights, early-morning arrivals or flight delays. IMPORTANT · FLIGHTS FROM/TO T4 Hola Parking Shuttle provides transfers exclusively to and from Terminals T1 and T2. There is no direct Hola Parking shuttle service to Terminal T4. If your flight departs from Terminal T4, take the Hola Parking shuttle to T1/T2 and then continue to T4 using the free inter-terminal connection service at Madrid-Barajas Airport. If your return flight arrives at T4, follow the same procedure in reverse: first use the airport's free connection to reach T1/T2 and then contact Hola Parking to arrange your shuttle pick-up back to the car park. If you are travelling from or to T4, please allow additional time for the transfer between terminals. |
