The drop-off point is located in the central lane of the departures area at Chamartín. On return, the vehicle is delivered at the arrivals entrance of the station. The service is intended for standard vehicles. If your car is higher than 2.20 m or has special dimensions, we recommend checking availability with the operator before confirming your booking. |

| Pick-up and return service at the terminal: |
On the outbound journey, call the car park 30 minutes before arriving at Madrid-Chamartín-Clara Campoamor Station. The driver, identified by a blue polo shirt, will be waiting for you in the central lane of the departures area to collect the vehicle and the keys. On your return, call the same number 30 minutes before arriving at Chamartín to arrange the return of your car. The driver will bring the vehicle to the arrivals entrance of the station. In case of train delay, contact the operator and provide the new estimated arrival time. If the time change is due to a personal modification and exceeds 30 minutes from the time indicated in the booking, the operator may apply an additional supplement directly to the customer. |
